If you want a super fast stock rom this is the one. Besides the amazing speed, you also get long battery life. A tipical usage will last two days.

The ROM has the NEE code which means that was targeted for Netherlands and the release time is March 2011 (stock ROM, 512 PIT).

1)First step is to start Odin.

2)Put your phone in download mode

3)Connect the USB cable

4)Click on PDA button, select the NEE.tar archive (and nothing else)

5)Click start flashing.

After flash you can root the phone by using SuperOneClick. Simply connect the phone in debug mode and press ROOT (Note: by rooting your phone you might void your waranty )

Moreover, if you are still unsatisfied with this ROM speed you can flash it wit SpeedMod kernel. More details here
